Overview
MoveWise was a mobility product developed from initial idea through prototyping, viability work, go-to-market planning, and a final pitch.
Problem and context
The product explored how a mobile experience could improve visibility into public transport by showing buses on a real-time map and presenting estimated arrival times at stops.
What was built
The implementation was a mobile application developed in OutSystems. Its main experience combined a public-bus map with stop-level arrival estimates.
My contribution
I led the project across the complete product lifecycle:
- ideation;
- prototyping;
- application development;
- financial viability;
- go-to-market planning;
- final pitch.
Technical approach
OutSystems was used to build the mobile application and connect the main mobility views into a working product prototype.
The project is presented as a completed product-development exercise. It is not described as a production deployment.
